Our Rates

Our rate structure consists of the following options:

1. Standard hourly plan - Pay as you go

2. Monthly Retainer Plan

  • Monthly retainer plan - 30 prepaid hours
  • Monthly retainer plan - 60 prepaid hours
  • Monthly retainer plan - 100 prepaid hours

3. For one off projects, the charges are on case by case basis.

Payment & Invoicing

 

Invoicing cycle:
Invoices for the services undertaken and any costs incurred are being submitted on the first working day, hours are billed in 30-minute increments. Payment is due upon request.

Additional charges:
Expenses are added to the hourly rate on invoicing. Expenses are items made on client's behalf, special projects requiring accessing databases, outside printing or custom paper stock, International/local call charges, postal and express shipping costs, traveling expenses, etc.

Deposit:
New clients may be required to submit a down payment before commencing work.

Retainer Packages:

These packages run for a 4-week period and are charged in 30-minute segments. They can be booked in 30, 60 and 100-hour slots. Payment for these packages is due in advance. A courtesy reminder will be sent and if payment is not received within 5 working days, work will not commence until payment is received. Any additional hours will be charged at the same reduced rates and unused hours cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Payment methods:

Can be agreed upon which is convenient to both parties.
